Short Description

I know I'm 6 months late so you'll be back to oatmeal season now lol but as an oatmeal lover myself I found a really good summer alternative was swiss bircher muesli or even better, chia pudding. <3 Cold and refreshing yet just as filling as oatmeal because like you breakfast is my biggest meal of the day and I need something super filling that will sustain me until lunch.Smoothies are another option but they are a bit lighter--still, a big smoothie in a nice tall glass at breakfast time using greek yogurt and bananas as a base with other fruits like berries or mangoes and then oats or nut butters or seeds for extra protein will fill me up great. I usually avoid protein powder just because there are other sources of protein for me that taste better, but adding protein powder to the smoothie would also make it more substantial though I'm sure you probably know that.Anyway I know I'm way too late but thought I'd chime in because I always struggle with finding (healthy) breakfasts that will actually do the job in filling me up. I don't know how some people deal with a measly bowl of cereal or a light fruit salad it's just not enough! I'm always hungriest in the morning haha especially since I do all my cardio at like the crack of dawn. And truthfully as helpful as the tone it up girls are those waffles probably wouldn't be enough for me either!Anyway have a nice day! x 9mler
