Great recipe for For Valentine's
Day: Roasted Green Tea & Pistachio
Truffles. I was watching a
Valentine's Day edition of a TV
show featuring a chocolate that was
sold at a store in Nagoya, owned by
a famous patissier. I was inspired
by this and made my own version of
it. The pistachio and roasted green
tea isn't too sweet and gives it a
nice aroma. It's a delicious
truffle with a sophisticated taste.

There are many steps involved in
this recipe, but it's basically
just melting and hardening the
chocolate so it shouldn't be
difficult to make. Even if you're a
beginner in making desserts, you
can't really make big mistakes
because if the chocolate doesn't
look good, the cocoa and matcha
powder helps it look pretty. I'm
sure you'd be surprised at the
resemblance to the chocolates sold
in stores. For 2 pieces (3 cm
squares in a 10.5 x 14 cm [4.1 x
5.5 in] mold).
