I love my sweets with just butter.
I love the casserole (everyone has
a version). During the holidays
Stouffers makes a apple sweetpotato
side dish. Now, you can easily
fine the candied sweet potatoes,
you can find scalloped apples. You
use to find their apple sweet
potatoes. Over the last few years
I can not find them. I live in a
major city that should find
anything. I started looking for
these in the freezer section in
September...no luck...So last year
I made my own. My mom had the
great idea. I microwaved it so it
was fast and simple and took little
prep for turkey day. THinking
adding a topping this year. One
from my Apple crunch cobbler Or
vanilla wafers crushed with melted
butter I would bake it then.
