My friend Aaron is famous for his
killer dairy chocolate chip cookie
recipe. But I wanted my cookies to
be nondairy and better than
Aaron's. Not that I'm competitive.
I've perfected this wicked good
bittersweet chocolate chunk cookie,
with a soft chewy center and
slightly crisped edges, just like
those big gorgeous cookies from the
bakery. And you can eat my yummy
pareve cookies after any meal. Take
