These quirky, protein-filled patties contain both tempeh and seitan to join forces in keeping your muscles well nourished and your taste buds doing a tap dance. If you want them larger, divide the preparation into 4 or 6 instead of 8. In this case, consider baking them in a 350F (180C, or gas mark 4) oven for 15 minutes to make sure they are fully cooked. Flip them halfway through, and then pan fry them until golden brown.
