These cajun style croutons are very
easy to make and taste so much
better than any store bought
variety that i have tried. i
learned this recipe years ago, from
chef emeril legasse off of the food
network. he uses his own special
cajun blend, but i usually have a
good brand of cajun seasoning on
hand, which is a very similar blend
of spices. here, the croutons are
topping a broccoli and cheddar
soup, but it would also be great on
tomato soups as well.
