I wanted to use some leftovers and
came up with this recipe, a cross
between cobbler and cake dessert.
It was very buttery,moist and not
overly sweet but it was very
delicious indeed Next time I may
only use 1 stick of butter as I
thought the cake overly moist but
my hubby really enjoyed it as it
was. Yes with that butter &
cheese- fattening indeed :) The

the cake
