"fennel, plain and
simple", is what i call this
dish. i call it that because i
can't remember the real name. but i
speak the truth when i say plain
and simple. except of the flavor is
out of this world. i serve this
with any pasta dish that has a
tomato type sauce or base to it.
but really, if you know anyone that
has been skittish about fennel,
serve them this dish and they won't
be able to stock enough fennel at
your store!
