+Teena Hall Oh, it's so easy
Teena.;It's the best diet to be on
if you shop once a month!;Buy your
meats for the months and freeze,
same with veggies like cauliflower,
broccoli, green beans, butter.
Heavy whipping cream last for 1
month. ; I get most of my fats from
coconut oil, coconut milk, butter
and cream.; If avocados are
available enjoy them on your first
week, then;cabbage because it stays
fresh a long time.;Then move to
frozen veggies.; Stay away from dry
beans due to their high;carb
contents and stay away from canned
veggies as much as possible.;For
salad dressing make sure to read
the labels.; I only buy mayo and
blue cheese dressing.; Remember
than 75-80% of your food intake
should be in fats.; Nuts are a good
source of fats but they are high in
carbs too. So my best advice would
be for breakfast, bacon & eggs,
lunch a high fat coconut milk
cheesecake and for dinner, a small
portion of meat cooked with a ton a
butter, with steamed veggies (1- 1
1/2 cups) with a ton of butter.;
For snacks, a few fat bombs or ice
cream bars.; Hope this helps!; On
my phone I use the app "carb
control";.; It is awesome to find
the carb content of food.; Good
luck!;; :)
