beans helps lower the alkalinity.
Make a double batch and freeze the
leftovers-if you have any! Be sure
to use diced tomatoes and pasta
sauce that contain no sugar, meat,

and dried cilantro have vastly
different flavors. If you don't
have fresh on hand, omit it
altogether from the recipe.
