The green section of the Japanese
leek will give a lovely color to
the fried rice, so I recommend
using it. You can use Chinese
chicken soup stock or Weipa, but
Weipa has a lot of oil, so if using
it, skip the sesame oil that's
added to the rice. You can also use
garlic powder instead of roasted
garlic!
